Award Ceremony: Saturday, April 2
6-8 pm, Jefferson College Hillsboro Campus

All scholarships, trophies, cash prizes, awards, savings bonds, certificates, and prizes will be given to students and teachers during the Award Ceremony. Every child who attends will be given a medallion and walk in the Grand Parade. 1st, 2nd and 3rd place medallions and honorable mention ribbons will be available for teacher or parent pickup before and after the award ceremony. Medallions, ribbons, etc. not presented at the Awards Ceremony can be picked up in the lobby afterwards by the teacher or the person responsible for entering the student. These prizes will be labeled according to the box checked on the entry form: “School and teacher’s name or Parent’s name.”

American Meteorological Society Award Outstanding Achievement in the areas  of atmospheric and related oceanic and hydrologic sciences, grades 6-12. Certificate 4 American Meteorological Society
American Psychological    Society Award Outstanding Research in psychological science in the 9-12 grades. Certificate 2 American Psychological Society
Association for Women Geoscientist Award Scientific Excellence in the Geosicences by a female student in the 9-12 grades. Certificate 2 Association for Women Geoscientist
ASU Sustainability          Solutions Award Oustanding Project in sustainability receives a certificate and nomination for a trip to the 2016 Sustainability Solutions Festival, grades 9-12. Certificate 2 Arizona State University
Broadcam MASTERS             Award The top 10% of 5- grade participants whom most effectively communicate science are awarded a certificate and invited to submit an application to participate in the competition. Certificate 20 Broadcam MASTERS
