Registration for the 2018 Mastodon Fair is Now Closed

If you had extenuating circumstances and didn’t get your project registered, or found an error in the registration already submitted, please email Director@nullMastodonFair.org or call 314-529-1329.  An email will be sent out next week notifying registrants that their project labels are ready for printing.  You may access your online  registration at any time, but changes can no longer be made.

Cost of $10 per project (not per person) can be paid at check-in Monday March 19, 2018 – 1 pm – 7 pm via cash/check/credit, by volunteering 4 hours, by applying for a scholarship (15 currently still available!) or at a 50% reduced rate by doing a school fundraising event for the Mastodon Fair. Basic Fair Calendar – Jefferson College Field House, Hillsboro Campus

Project drop off – Monday March 19, 2018 – 1 pm – 7 pm

Judging – Tuesday. March 20, 2018 –  8 am – 7 pm  Qualified Judges are still needed Science Scholarship judging 4-7 pm.

Closed to public. Art Scholarship Judging –  Wednesday March 21, 2018 –  6 pm – 8 pm

Project Viewing (5pm-6:45 pm), Award Ceremony (7-8pm) and Project Pick Up (8 PM-8:30 pm) – Thursday, March 22, 2018

Project pick up (9 am – 12 pm) and Fair Tear Down (9 am – 5 pm) –  Friday, March 23, 2018 9 am – 5 pm. Note: Projects not picked up Thursday evening will be moved to the lobby and discarded Monday, March 26th. The Mastodon Fair is not responsible for projects not picked up.
