March 19th – 22nd, 2018 the Mastodon Fair will be held at Jefferson College Fieldhouse in Hillsboro, MO.

Volunteers are in the process of updating this website, so right now, only the information on this page is guaranteed to be accurate.

Basic Calendar Information:
Online Registration will open on January 2, 2018 and close on Tuesday, February 5th at midnight.  Registration fee is $10/project or 4 hours of volunteer time. Some scholarships may be available. The registration link will be posted on this home page starting January 2nd.
Project drop off – Monday March 19, 2018 – 1 pm – 7 pm
Judging – Tuesday. March 20, 2018 –  8 am – 7 pm
Scoring – Scholarship Judging –  Wednesday March 21, 2018 –  9 am – 8 pm
Project Viewing (5pm-6:45 pm), Award Ceremony (7-8pm) and Project Pick Up –Thursday, March 22, 2018  8:00 pm or after the Award Ceremony.
Project pick up and Fair Tear Down –  Friday, March 23, 2018  9 am – 5 pm
