Judging Volunteer *

Thank you for considering becoming a judge for the Mastodon Art/Science Regional Fair.

We need you! A couple of hours of your time makes a difference. Our volunteers, including judges, provide over 3,000 hours of manpower. It takes that, and more each year to run the Fair.

Judging is at the Jefferson College Field House in Hillsboro, MO:

  • Tuesday, March 16, 2021 from 12 – 7 p.m.
  • Wednesday, March 17, 2021 from 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Qualified judges are people who have either a degree in science, or work in those fields as a profession.

Because you share your knowledge, skills, talent, and time to judge the projects, the Fair will remain a prestigious event for the students!

Who are our judges? They’re teachers, undergraduates, graduates, retirees, and professionals in many fields of science. Many of our previous winners become judges, during and after college, because they know first-hand the value of the Fair.

Our program is changing how we judge projects per suggestions from previous years. We are always in need of people able to judge. If you are interested, please fill out the form below. If you need more information now, please e-mail our Executive Director. Once you register, we will contact you with more information.
